With many years of experience in the hotel industry, Jacqueline is a well known and respected member within the travel industry.

Jacqueline started her hotel career in South Africa with Westin Hotels and Sun International. She then moved to Scotland, where she worked at Gleneagles Hotel and there she started to gain and develop her sales and marketing knowledge. At the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath, England, she implemented marketing initiatives and further developed this small luxury hotel to the affluent international business traveler. She was also responsible for successfully reopening and relaunching the Marriott St Pierre Hotel and Golf Resort in Wales. Prior to starting her own business, Jacqueline was Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing for the three Dutco hotels (Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort, Oasis Beach Hotel and Hatta Fort Hotel) for five years.

Jacqueline started TTC 21 years ago and the company continues to grow from strength to strength. Her passion, commitment and enthusiasm is what makes the company what it is today.

With over 15 years of experience across travel and tourism industry, she has worked with leading industry brands both in India and in UAE. Shweta has the ability to steer large groups steadily towards a common goal to achieve desired objectives and maintains congenial relationship with the clients, peers and top management. Her personal interests predominantly revolve around travelling, playing badminton and listening music. Shweta is always keen to learn new things and skills that keep her ‘Committed, Resourceful and Motivated’.

Puja was born and brought up in Nairobi, Kenya after which she moved to the UK for further studies and has been in the UAE now for over 2 years. Her passion for travelling and exploring allowed her to join her husband in Dubai for a new venture and is always keen to learn new things within the Travel Industry. She plays a key role in supporting daily operations of our company with planning and coordinating administrative procedures to ensure smooth running of the office. Her excellent organisational skills and communication with the team ensures efficiency within the Company. Outside work, Puja enjoys art, cooking, family time and planning her next travel destination.

Maysam was born and brought up in Syria, and then moved to Qatar, where he worked in the commercial field for over 15 years.

With his mother tongue being Arabic, and fluent in English, he is well qualified in working on translations, marketing activations, and communications, for The Travel Collection.
Maysam has developed his skills and knowledge through attending courses on social media.
Outside of work, Maysam enjoys working out, cycling, and following NBA basketball.
