- Niche sales activities. Targeting new Clients and market segments. This will be done by research, sales calls and building a database to specific niche markets like sports and golfing groups, exhibitions, spa and MICE.
- Sales calls to corporate companies and in company business travel agencies. This will be followed up with monthly communication.
- Production of a sales and marketing plan, in conjunction with the Client’s business and financial plan and needs.
- Familiarisation trips with Clients from specific market segments, which match the Client’s business needs and provide financial return - travel agents for leisure, business travel agents for the individual corporate, and corporate decision makers for meetings and incentives.
- Event management. Organising and arranging road shows and seminars to the client’s target audience.
- Arranging targeted sales calls for clients who are visiting, countries within the Arabian Gulf.
- Assistance with contract negotiation in specific markets – tour operators and corporate.
- Representation and arranging trade shows, for example, the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai.
